The Company guarantees that the network will be available 100% of the time during the billing cycle (excluding scheduled maintenance).
We understand that your site needs to be up in order for your customers to be able to order, meaning if your website is down your not making money. This is why we offer a 99.9% uptime guarantee meaning we are only allowed 43 minutes of downtime in a month period. Our goal like every hosting provider is 100% uptime and you can rest assured that we spend most of our time at 100%.
If we fail to meet our 99.9% uptime in a month we will credit your account for that month of service plus give you another month of service for free. We use a month our competitors try to get around things by saying that it will be a x% over a year.

Actions of other individuals authorized by The Customer to have access to their services with The Company
The failure of Third Party Services
Application, software, or operating system failure
Network maintenance, or other scheduled maintenance
Denial of Service attacks, or malicious activity such as hacking
If you feel we have failed to meet our standard please open a ticket with the billing department and we will look into it and issue the credits if appropriate.
